While I absolutely love a fermented cashew cheese and a glass of sparkling kombucha, I never count calories and often find it’s the most traditional of meals that fill a place in not only my tummy, but in my heart.
In the book, we venture from super clean to super not clean, and I chose not to attach any stigma around that. I make what feels good to cook and what feels good to consume. This varies depending on me and my family at any given moment.
